History
The 3rd Av Syndicate — also known as The Third — were founded by Tyler Foster and Jordan Grant in 2082. As ex-members of The Sixth, they started The Third after the members of The Sixth began to become addicted to Blue in 2081.
Tyler and Jordan founded The Third to eliminate the drug from their territory and help The Sixth flourish once more.
Unfortunately, whilst high on Blue, Curtis Williams — a member of The Sixth — attempted to mug various members of The Third. During one altercation Curtis fired shots into a crowd of people who were trying to stop him. Three of which hit and killed Jordan’s 14-year-old brother, Gabriel.
The weeks following the incident saw the bloodiest war that the westside of Quaid had ever seen. Jordan had declared war on The Sixth.

After the shooting of his younger brother Gabriel, Jordan Grant declared war on The Sixth and has vowed never to stop until every member of The Sixth has paid for the death of his brother.
Location
The 3rd Av Syndicate are a small group who are mainly located in and around 3rd Avenue, to the westside of Quaid City.

The Third’s dress code incorporates the colours blue and green.
